Metal poles of a wide range application: street and park poles are designed to illuminate parks, sidewalks, roads, highways; reinforced poles are used in case of additional loads on the pole; contact line poles - for fastening of contact lines of urban electric transport; light towers are installed in large open areas.
A multifaceted pole of electrical transmission lines looks like a faceted conical trunk with traverses for attaching overhead lines’ wires. The structure of the trunk consists of separate sections (up to 12 m each), and the diameter of the pole trunk is determined based on the load provided for it. Additionally, each pole is equipped with a ladder that provides quick access to its upper parts for maintenance or repair.
Floodlight towers with fixed platforms are designed to illuminate large spaces and sports facilities: stadiums, ski slopes, railway stations and other large open areas. For such towers it is possible to place any number of lighting fixtures and other equipment.
Communication poles are designed for installation of transceiver panel and radio relay antennas of base stations of cellular communication, repeaters for various purposes, to ensure stable coverage. The towers allow mobile operators to place base stations among the buildings of residential areas or, most often, outside the city.
The metal poles are one of the components of autonomous lighting systems. The purpose of metal poles for autonomous lighting systems is to provide stable and reliable support for solar panels and LED lamps. They are installed on the streets of cities, in parks, squares, and they are also convenient for placement in remote areas and on autonomous sites, since the installation of such poles does not require a cable.
Since we, as a society, confidently continue to move towards renewable energy sources, autonomous wind farms are becoming more and more popular in Europe, and they require strong and reliable supporting structures for the wind turbines. We already have a solution for this task, namely – metal poles based on multifaceted bent racks. Wind turbine poles are developed individually according to the requirements of the project.
Metal round poles for street and park lighting are designed for reliable placement of lamps at the optimal height. Poles are installed wherever it is necessary to improve visibility and safety (along roads, sidewalks, in parks, on squares). The height of the poles varies according to the purpose: for street lighting, poles with a height of 7 to 12 meters are used, for parks and squares — from 3 to 8 meters.
